Part of Phase 2 — what we build on the brand foundation

Websites that prove your business before you say a word

Brand-integrated, conversion-focused, and built from real strategy. Strategy, design, and code from one person — delivered in 2-4 weeks, not 2-4 months.

Where this sits

This is part of Phase 2 — what we build on your brand foundation.

Every engagement starts with Discovery — a brand audit and an ops audit, included, no charge. If your brand is solid, Phase 1 runs in Capture mode (lighter, faster, cheaper). If there are gaps, Phase 1 runs in Rebrand mode. Either way, the design system is in place before any build work begins. We don't ship code against a brand we haven't audited.

The chaos state

Your website looks like everyone else's

It's a digital business card. It should be the most convincing salesperson on your team.

Template fatigue

Every site in your industry looks the same

WordPress themes, page builders, the same hero layouts. Your prospects can't tell you apart from your competitors. The brand promises "premium" but the execution looks like Squarespace at 11pm.

Slow agencies

3 months for a brochure site

Discovery, wireframes, design rounds, dev handoff, more rounds, QA, launch. By the time it ships, the business has moved on. Updates require a ticket. Every change costs $500.

  • Quarterly review meetings instead of weekly demos
  • Account manager between you and the people doing the work
  • Locked into platforms you don't own

Process

From kickoff to live in 2–4 weeks.

Five steps. Weekly demos. No black box. You see real progress every week, not a Figma deck and a status email.

5 steps 2–4 weeks Weekly demos
  1. 1

    Day 1–2

    Discovery

We map your audience, your messaging hierarchy, and what success looks like. If you don't have brand strategy yet, BrandFuse comes first — Phase 1 is part of every build engagement.

  2. 2

    Day 3–5

    Design

I design the homepage and key inner pages first. You see real screens, not Figma comps that lose meaning the moment they hit code. Feedback happens in the browser, on the real stack.

  3. 3

    Week 2–3

    Build

Production code, deployed to staging from day one. You see weekly progress and can give feedback in real time — not at "the next milestone" three weeks from now.

  4. 4

    Week 3–4

    Launch

DNS, SSL, analytics, search console, sitemap. I handle the full launch checklist so you don't have to learn what a CNAME record is or remember to submit your site to Google.

  5. 5

    Ongoing

    Iterate

Performance monitoring, A/B testing, content updates, new pages. Monthly retainers available — or one-off updates as you need them. The site stays alive after launch.

What you get

A site that does the selling for you.

Not a template portfolio. A conversion engine built around your brand strategy and audience — ten deliverables, fixed scope, one fixed quote. Every item is on the table from day one so there are no surprises at launch.

10 deliverables Fixed scope 30-day support
  • 5–12 fully designed pages

Homepage, services, about, contact, and whatever the page architecture actually needs.

  • Mobile-responsive across all devices

Designed mobile-first. Tested on real devices, not just browser DevTools.

  • Brand-integrated visual design

Your BrandFuse™ tokens wired into every component. No "apply the brand at the end" phase.

  • On-brand copywriting throughout

Headlines, body, CTAs, form labels — all written in your voice, no placeholders at launch.

  • Contact and lead capture forms

Wired to email, CRM, or whichever inbox makes sense for your team.

  • CMS integration (optional)

Sanity or Payload when you need to update content yourself. Pages stay static when they don't.

  • SEO foundation and metadata

Semantic HTML, structured data, sitemap, Open Graph. Not "we'll come back to SEO later."

  • Analytics and tracking setup

GA4 or Plausible configured at launch. You see real traffic from day one.

  • Hosting and domain configuration

Vercel or Netlify on your account. You own the keys and the bills.

  • 30 days of post-launch support

Bug fixes, small tweaks, questions answered. Included in the fixed quote.

Brand-tech integration

Built on your brand foundation

Your website inherits everything from Phase 1: design tokens, voice, components, accessibility rules. The way your business looks and the way it works are designed together from the first line of code. No "apply the brand at the end" phase. No drift between your Figma and your live site.

Entertainment / Events

Website · part of a larger build

A website that books 1,200+ events per year

Hands On Exotics needed a public site that could speak to seven different audiences — birthday parents, corporate planners, schools, film producers, therapy coordinators, wedding planners, and nightclub owners — without diluting the brand. Built as the public-facing app of a three-app monorepo with a multi-step booking wizard, dynamic package availability, animal galleries, and Stripe payment integration.

FAQs

Questions about website projects

The questions that come up most often on discovery calls. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call — the answer is usually "yes, and here's how."

Book a discovery call →
You will. Phase 1 is part of every build engagement — it's how we make sure the technology we build matches the brand it's serving. The form depends on what Discovery finds. If your existing brand is solid, Phase 1 runs in Capture mode (lighter, faster, cheaper). If there are gaps, it runs in Rebrand mode. Either way, you'll know the scope and price before any chargeable work begins.
Most marketing sites are static HTML or Next.js, hosted on Vercel or Netlify. If you need a CMS, I'll wire up Sanity or Payload. The stack depends on the project, never the other way around.
If you tell me you need to, yes — you'll get a CMS for content you change frequently (blog posts, team bios, news). Static pages stay static because they're faster and don't need updating.
Built in from day one. Semantic HTML, structured data, sitemap, meta tags, and analytics (GA4 or Plausible) configured at launch. No "we'll come back to SEO later."
No revision limit. Weekly demos exist so you can give feedback in real time. The whole point of working this way is that you're never stuck with something you don't like — we course-correct as we go.
Vercel or Netlify, depending on the build. You own the account. I can manage hosting as part of a monthly retainer, or hand you the keys at launch — your call.
Yes. Headlines, body copy, CTAs, form labels — all written in your brand voice as part of the project. No "we'll need you to send us the copy" emails halfway through.
Marketing sites with light e-commerce (a few products, Stripe checkout) fit within this scope. A full e-commerce platform with inventory, fulfillment, and customer accounts is closer to a custom platform build — different price tier.
